Ford Super Duty 2.5 Coil Over Suspension System This suspension system will be the last system you will buy for your Ford truck. This is not a "lift kit"`. It is a true suspension system. Our Ford Suspension system brings dramatic improvements to the every day street ride, and plenty of dampening for the off road enthusiast. At the heart of our Super Duty Coil Over Suspension System lies a KING shock package which delivers impeccable performance and reliability. This system gives 4.5" of lift with 10 inches of wheel travel in the front and 12 inches of wheel travel in the rear. As with all of our systems, we came up with a vehicle specific valving profile for this suspension system to ensure superior ride quality, handling, and performance. There is a full spring pack option as well as a front bypass shock option. The bypass mount is already built into the coil over mount, so the bypass can be added at any time.

Super Duty Pintop 2.5 Suspension System This system was developed for outstanding on-road and highway performance while offering King Off Road Racing shock with our custom pistons and valve profile. Off road performance takes a huge step up, while maintaining our signature street ride. Your truck will sit higher, level, have more wheel travel, plush ride quality and OEM towing and weight carrying capacity.

Super Duty Performance 2.0 Suspension System The Super Duty Performance 2.0 system is designed for people who want the nicest riding suspension system. We have developed the Bilstein 7100 series remote reservoir shock tune that delivers all around comfort and ride quality. Designed for on-road, in town, highway, towing / hauling as well as slow to mid speed off road use. Your truck will sit higher, level, have more wheel travel, plush ride quality and OEM towing and weight carrying capacity.

Back Country 2.0 Suspension System This is a custom Super Duty shock and tune. Our Bilstein 5160 was blue printed off of our specs for Ford Super Duty 4x4s. This system is able to offer the most wheel travel and most compliant work and play shock tune.

Ford Super Duty Starter System The Super Duty Starter system is designed for people who want a 4.5" suspension lift and huge gains in performance and ride quality. Your truck will sit higher, level, have more wheel travel, plush ride quality and OEM towing and weight carrying capacity.

Ford Super Duty Adjustable Track Bar We designed our Adjustable Track Bar with a machined tapered rod end with a custom angle offset to increase ball joint life. This design puts less stress on the ball joint at full droop and keeps the ball joint pin vertical at ride height, prolonging the life of wear items. A big 7/8" heim joint is used on the frame side and it comes with custom machined misalignment spacers. Constructed out of heavy wall chromoly tube.

Ford Super Duty Coil Springs Our Multi-Rate coil springs are built with a custom wind, giving them a progressive variable rate. Our design delivers smooth initial compression feel on highway chatter and small bumps as well as smooth rate transition to higher rates as the suspension cycles deeper into the travel.

Super Duty Full Spring Pack The Carli Super Duty full spring pack is laid out and built to our spec. The leaf pack will support up to 15" of wheel travel. The center-pin is relocated so you can run 38 inch tires and it can be used in addition to blocks for higher ride height. The spring pack delivers smoother suspension cycling in all situations, highway, off road and towing.

Ford Super Duty Radius Arm Drop Down Brackets These Radius Arm Drop Bracket kits are built to exacting standards that would meet the criteria of even the most discerning drivers. The brackets are geometrically correct meaning the "wander" that most "lift kits" experience is non-existent. These kits are meant for real world drivers that will not accept the normal compromises of owning a lifted truck. Built out of 1/4" steel plate that has been laser cut, CNC bent, and meticulously MIG welded. These brackets will stand up to the harshest of environments including off-road.

Ford Super Duty Coil Over Mounts Looking to adapt a coil over to your Super Duty? Our new coil over mounts make it easy to run a race quality shock on the front of your 05-08 Super Duty. Each mount is constructed out of 1/4" cold rolled steel for superior strength. The mounts will fit any 2.5"x10" KING, FOX, or SWAY-A-AWAY shock. These mounts bolt in place of the existing riveted coil bucket using 1/2" Grade 8 fasteners. Bypass shock mounts are also incorporated into the design. This makes it as easy as buying the bypass shocks and bolting them on, to achieve superb off road ability.

Ford Super Duty Sway Bar End Links Our 08 Ford Super Duty sway bar end links are a direct bolt on solution for any truck with a 4.5" -5" suspension system. We build these end links using 3/4" .120 wall material with 2" spherical joints on each end. Each joint consists of heat treated ball centers and washers for maximum service life. Unhindered articulation is obtained using spherical joints on each end. Our end links are 100% rebuildable.

Ford Super Duty 6-Leaf Add-A-Pack Our 6 leaf progressive add a pack rear springs are a proprietary design built for us by Deaver Spring MFG. The lower overload leaf is removed and is replaced with 6 thinner gauge leafs. The O.E.M. load capacity is still maintained while improved ride is achieved. The add-a-packs will help to take the harshness out of everyday freeway driving.
