The Dominator 3.0 is Carli's premium suspension offering unbeatable ride quality and performer. The larger displacement combined with custom low-flow piston and latest shock tune offers the smoothest dampening control and high speed bottom-out resistance. There's nothing smoother than a Carli tuned King 3.0.

Carli Control Arms Carli's focus in building this control arm kit was to have the best product on the market. Carli control arms are 1/2 longer than O.E.M and are built out of box tube with your choice of 4130 Chromoly or mild steel material. TIG welded to the end of each arm is a 4130 chromoly spherical joint that is fully servicable and rebuildable. Having these spherical joints on each end eliminates resistance caused by rubber bushing style set ups, in return creating a smoother ride. These control arms are finished off with a Satin Black powder coat to ensure long term protection from corrosion.

These Carli Ball Joints we have found to be the standard in which all ball joints should be crafted to. Carli Dodge Ball Joints The ball joints start out as a chunk of specialty chosen material which is machined to our unique two tiered design and then heat treated to a specified rockwell (hardness). From there the ball joints head to an aerospace lube company where a proprietary dry-lube is applied to our specified thickness. And of course we top them off with an accessible zerk fitting for easy servicing, plus we even include a tube of high quality synthetic grease with each ball joint set.

Bilstein 2.65 ACV This is the system that offers something unique - the amount of tuning resources that went into this project is incredible. The ACV development was spearheaded by Sage and Bilstein and the result is an all around performer that cannot be beat on the road or in the dirt. This is the most bolt-on performance you can get in a base suspension system.

Performance 2.5 This kit is all about performance and street. This kit uses the King shock line featuring Carli custom pistons. The performance 2.5 delivers Carli signature ride quality and performance on and off-road.

Dodge Ram Adjustable Chromoly Track Bar This adjustable track bar is a must for any Dodge 2500-3500 4x4 with a lift. The track bar will center the axle side to side and ensure proper suspension geometry. The track bar will also give a tighter feel to the front end by eliminating the O.E.M rubber bushings.

In the Carli 3" lift multi-rate springs each coil is spaced differently making them a variable spring rate. Initially it is easy to compress these springs for the first couple of inches. As you apply more force, the coils come closer to each other. After a certain point, the coils at the bottom 1/4 of these springs begin to touch each other and finally become inactive or dead, which makes the spring stiffer. The more force you apply to our multi-rate spring the more the rate increases. So, these springs are compliant to very small bumps on the road, while achieving control when needed off road, hard braking, and turning. These springs allow you to achieve the highest performance while driving hard and providing a smooth, comfortable drive the rest of the time.

6" Lift Multi Rate Coil Springs In our 6" lift multi-rate springs each coil is spaced differently making them a variable spring rate. Torsion Sway Bar: The single biggest improvement of ride quality out of the entire line of Dodge Ram Components. The OEM sway bar's torsion rate is extremely high and it almost marries the front axle to the chassis. You notice this the most in low speed offset bumps, such as crossing speed bumps one tire at a time and entering or exiting a driveway at an angle where you feel an abrupt side to side rocking of the entire rig. The first thing you feel with Carli Sway Control is a "detached" feel of the axle and chassis... finally they are allowed to work independently of each other without undo movement. Every Sway Bar kit comes with extreme duty 5/8" F.K. rod ends for maximum longevity and off-road performance.

Back Country 2.0 Kit The Back Country 2.0 system is how Carli suspension entered the world of "special projects" with Bilstein. Sage was invited to participate in a custom shock project - a shock built for any truck he chooses, to any specifications he wants, with his custom tune. Carli Suspension's 5160 shock was blueprinted for your Dodge Ram 3rd or 4th gen diesel daily driver and is available in both 3 and 6 inch lift heights. The Back Country kit comes with Carli Suspension's custom tune and offers the most wheel travel out of the entire Dodge Ram Suspension line: 11.5" front and 13.5" rear - more travel, more articulation and more comfort. Customized for our customer's who are on the road, highway and towing or hauling. Internally the shock is the same as the 7100 series, wrapped in a package more appopriate for manufacturing to our specs in quantity - allowing Carli Suspension to offer more performance and pass down bulk order discounts.
